Or: what it takes to be an authentic leader. A lot has been written about leadership and leadership styles. In their book, Goffee and Jones specifically zoom in on what makes leaders inspirational for their teams. They found that inspirational leaders have four qualities in common: 

• Vulnerability
• Intuition
• Tough empathy
• Revealing and valuing differences
