The five dysfunctions of a team - Patrick Lencioni

In his worldfamous book "the five dysfunctions of a team", Patrick Lencioni explains what teams need to be effective and what the role of the leader is in developing their teams. 

I use this model a lot when working with management teams on becoming more effective. The five dysfunctions are briefly explained in the video below:
